Woman raped, poisoned to death for property

The Millat Town police have registered a case against seven suspects for kidnapping, raping and poisoning to death a woman to seize her property.

In the case registered with the Millat Town police by Aamir, a resident of Rehman Pura, he stated that the suspects Muzammil Ali, Amjad, Irfan and Kanwar, along with their three unknown accomplices, had kidnapped his mother and kept her at different places for two and a half months.

The complainant stated that the suspects had raped the victim and later poisoned her and left her at the Services Hospital in Lahore, where she had died.

He stated that suspects had called him on his mobile phone and informed him that his mother had died and her body was lying in the hospital.

He claimed that the suspects had confessed before some men to having kidnapped and raped the victim, drugging her and admitting her to the hospital.
