Twitch political commentator Hasan Piker, known online as HasanAbi, is facing criticism over a resurfaced tweet allegedly referencing rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs. On April 17, 2025, tech entrepreneur Dan Saltman accused Hasan of defamation and shared what he claimed was a screenshot of the tweet.

Saltman posted an image of a tweet allegedly written by Hasan on December 20, 2012, which read: “I would love to hang in Diddy’s Ciroc Entourage and trickle down bang anything thrown his way.” The claim came after Saltman alleged that Hasan had publicly called him a “diddler.”

Saltman, who is CEO of Redact—a social media deletion software—further accused Hasan of past misconduct, including visiting a brothel that was later raided for human trafficking and trying to gain access to parties hosted by Diddy. He also questioned why platforms like The Daily Show would continue to feature Hasan in light of these claims.

He went on to allege that Hasan attempted to delete the tweet once headlines involving Diddy began circulating. In a sarcastic post on X, Saltman wrote, “We appreciate you purchasing our software to delete these tweets… JK, Hasan is too cheap to buy our software. He must have manually deleted that the second the Diddy news hit.”

In a separate post, Saltman claimed that Hasan had once called the police on an ex-partner and mistreated sex workers. He added that “more receipts” would be shared soon to support his claims. Saltman clarified he has never met Diddy personally.

As of now, HasanAbi has not responded publicly to the allegations, and the authenticity of the 2012 tweet has not been independently verified.
