Hailstorm hits Gorakh Hill after years

Western winds bring weather wonder to the highest point in Sindh as Gorakh Hill Station experienced a rare hailstorm on Thursday. The hill station was hit by a hailstorm accompanied by heavy rainfall, enhancing its natural beauty.
Located in the Kirthar range, Gorakh Hill stands at an altitude of 5,688 feet. It is situated approximately 94 kilometres from Dadu city, 74 kilometres from Juhi, and 50 kilometres from Wahi Pandehi to the west. The hill station's elevation is around 1,734 metres above sea level.
According to the Meteorological Department, hailstorms and rainfall have been recorded at Gorakh Hill. However, it's worth noting that there is no regular rain gauge installed at the location to measure precipitation accurately.
