Arrested TTP terrorists reveal 'shocking' facts

The terrorists revealed the names of 19 of their accomplices.

KARACHI:

Shocking disclosures have surfaced during the interrogation of three high-profile terrorists belonging to the Hafiz Gul Bahadur faction of the outlawed Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP).

The alleged terrorists Inamullah, Naeemullah and Muhammad Taib were arrested in an operation conducted by Rangers and the Counter-Terrorism Department in Korangi on Monday.

The terrorists revealed the names of 19 of their accomplices.

The terrorists were involved in multiple attacks on security forces in in Waziristan and Janikhel, later fleeing to Karachi. They had taken refuge in a garments factory in Korangi.

Inamullah received training in operating government-provided arms at his home.

Further interrogation exposed the group's international connections, with Inamullah admitting participation in combat against NATO forces in Afghanistan.
