A kayak tour guide in the Florida Keys has been arrested and charged with murder after a woman’s body was discovered hidden inside his hotel room at a Key Largo resort, according to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office.

Authorities allege that Dylan Lamb, 33, killed Nadyne Marie Tillman, 43, at the Amoray Dive Resort sometime over the weekend. The pair had reportedly met earlier that Saturday morning. Tillman’s body was later found inside a crawl space in the room’s air-conditioning closet, unnoticed by guests staying in the room afterward.

Deputies were alerted after Tillman’s family reported her missing when she failed to make contact — something described as uncharacteristic. Her body was discovered Monday morning, showing injuries consistent with being beaten.

Cleaning staff reportedly found bloodied and soiled sheets in trash bags after Lamb checked out, but police weren’t initially notified. Lamb allegedly refused to vacate his room during the investigation, and the body remained concealed until deputies made the discovery.

Online records show that Lamb faces multiple charges, including homicide, false imprisonment, destruction of evidence, and procuring a prostitute. He had previously pleaded guilty to grand theft auto in 2023 and was serving a one-year probation sentence at the time of the incident.

Tillman, a mother of several children, was visiting the resort for a family wedding. Her daughter reportedly searched the resort for her before the body was discovered.

Sheriff Rick Ramsay confirmed no other suspects are involved and praised investigators for their swift response. Lamb is currently in custody, with an arraignment scheduled for April 13.

The Amoray Dive Resort has not issued a public statement, and the investigation remains ongoing. The incident has sparked safety concerns for tourists and guests at Florida resorts.
