
The Islamabad International Airport has introduced a special service for passengers with psychological disabilities, offering them tailored assistance and becoming first airport in the country for facilitating such air travelers.
Upon arrival at the airport, passengers with invisible disabilities are provided with a special Sunflower Ribbon.
Those wearing the ribbon receive priority services at all counters for quicker assistance.
According to details, the new Islamabad International Airport has become the first Pakistani airport to offer such a facility.
The airport's Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Manager, Aftab Gilani, explained that individuals with invisible disabilities are given a Sunflower Ribbon upon arrival.
