Laylatul Qadr observed with religious devotion

Laylatul Qadr, the 27th night of the holy month of Ramazan was observed with great religious devotion and respect across the city. Meanwhile, Youm-e-Quds and Jumat-ul-Wida (the Last Friday of Ramazan) will also be observed today.

Various religious organisations and political parties will also marked Jumat-ul-Wida as Youm-e-Quds for the liberation of Jerusalem and express their solidarity with the oppressed Palestinians.

Majlis Wahdat Muslimeen and Imamia Students Organisation, along with other organisations, will take out Jumat-ul-Wida rally from Numaish at 3pm under the Tehreek-e-Azadi Al-Quds Pakistan Movement. The rally will culminate at Tibet Centre. On the 27th night of Ramazan, numerous mosques held Quran completion ceremonies, where those who had recited the Holy Quran during the last ten days of Ramazan were honoured with special awards and turbans.

A large number of worshippers gathered in mosques, and the night was marked by Quran recitation gatherings, Special prayers for repentance and seeking Allah's mercy, Night-long worship, and additional prayers (Nawafil) were offered.
