K-P announces spring break in schools across province

The government of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa has announced spring holidays across educational institutions in the province from April 1 to April 8, 2025, according to an official notification.

Separate announcements were issued by the Elementary and Secondary Education Department and the Higher Education Department, confirming the one-week break.

However, the Elementary and Secondary Education Department clarified that school heads, teaching staff, and ministerial staff will not be granted leave during the break.

Officials stated that during the holidays, teachers and staff will oversee student admissions and textbook distribution for the upcoming academic session.

All schools and colleges are expected to resume normal activities from April 9, 2025.
