"I'm moving on to filming a pilot for FX. I’m really excited about it," Olsen shared, confirming her focus on fresh projects outside of Marvel’s expansive universe.

Her comments come shortly after the announcement of her participation in The Assessment, a well-received sci-fi drama currently in theaters, marking a significant return to independent film. In her interview, Olsen reflected on how important it has become for her to make choices outside of the Marvel franchise. "It’s really important for me to make choices outside of Marvel that reflect my own taste," she said. "Your taste does create the artist that you are, and that wasn’t something I was thinking about when I first started working."

While Olsen’s Scarlet Witch arc was last explored in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness (2022), where Wanda became a villain, the actress confirmed she was not involved in the film's significant reshoots. "I wasn’t part of the reshoots," Olsen said, noting she was busy filming HBO’s Love and Death.
