Both companies to invest in the new venture.

News Desk March 25, 2025

The Competition Commission of Pakistan (CCP) has approved a joint venture between Fly Jinnah Services (Pvt) Ltd and Air Arabia Academy LLC to establish a new aviation training institute in the country.

The new entity, Fly Jinnah T3 Flight Academy (Pvt) Ltd, will provide aviation training services in Pakistan. The approval follows a pre-merger review under Competition (Merger Control) Regulations 2016.

Both companies will invest in the new venture, which aims to enhance aviation training services in Pakistan.

The CCP stated that the transaction is international in nature and will not impact competition in the sector.

Fly Jinnah operates as a commercial airline, while Air Arabia Academy is engaged in aviation training in the UAE.

The independent training institute is expected to improve both the availability and quality of aviation training services in Pakistan.
