Cena’s heated Promo, Rhodes confrontation
John Cena opened the show by turning on the WWE Universe, blaming them for his actions. Cena mentioned his promo last week, including his verbal attack on a young WWE fan.
Cena also mentioned the infamous 'Spinner' WWE championship which was his creation. The championship belt, which has had a negative legacy due to its design, was the centerpiece in Cena's argument agains the WWE universe.
Vowing to become a 17-time world champion, Cena proclaimed he was going to "ruin wrestling" for fans.
Cody Rhodes interrupted, challenging Cena's perspective and reminding him that he first had to defeat him for the title.
Rhodes taunted Cena as he tried to leave, reinforcing that he would walk out of WrestleMania 41 empty-handed.
The Usos def. A-Town Down Under
Jey Uso revealed his mystery partner as Jimmy Uso, reuniting The Usos to take on Austin Theory and Grayson Waller.
After a back-and-forth contest, The Usos sealed the victory with a 1D on Theory.
Post-match, Gunther blindsided Jimmy and attacked Jey before retreating when Jimmy grabbed a chair.
Lyra Valkyria def. Raquel Rodriguez – Women’s Intercontinental Championship
Valkyria successfully defended her title against Rodriguez in a hard-fought battle.
Liv Morgan interfered, but Valkyria managed to counter with a roll-up to retain. After the match, Morgan and Rodriguez attacked Valkyria until Bayley made the save.
Jimmy Uso slaps World Heavyweight Champion Gunther
In a moment that went viral, Jimmy Uso slapped World Heavyweight Champion Gunther backstage. He challenged Gunther to a match next week, which the champion accepted.
Adam Pearce clarifies Women’s World Championship Match
Adam Pearce addressed last week’s contract signing, confirming that Rhea Ripley was not part of the Women’s World Championship match at WrestleMania 41.
However, Iyo Sky insisted she was willing to face both Ripley and Bianca Belair.
Pearce then announced that Ripley would receive her rematch next week, with the winner facing Belair at WrestleMania 41.
Later on in the show, Pearce also declared Belair as the special guest referee for next week's title match.
'El Grande Americano' def. Dragon Lee
Chad Gable, under the guise of "El Grande Americano," replaced himself in a match against Dragon Lee.
After an intense back-and-forth, Americano pulled off Lee’s mask and applied an Ankle Lock to secure the victory.
CM Punk calls out Rollins and Reigns
CM Punk addressed his upcoming WrestleMania 41 match against Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns. He launched a scathing attack on 'crybaby' Seth Rollins before explaining that his match was purely 'business' to him.
He confirmed he would be on SmackDown in London to sign the contract and warned both men that neither had defeated him without help from the other.
Bron Breakker def. Penta – Intercontinental Championship (DQ finish)
Bron Breakker defended his Intercontinental Championship against Penta in a competitive match.
Just as Penta gained momentum, Dominik Mysterio and Carlito interfered, leading to a disqualification.
After the match, Finn Bálor joined in on the attack before Penta fought back, only to be taken down by a Coup De Grace from Bálor to close the show.
