A case has been registered against a local trader under the PECA following a complaint by the Traffic Police. The complaint was filed by Warden Imran Sikandar, who was on duty with his team when a TikTok video went viral from an account identified as Rizwan Sanger.
The video, which garnered widespread attention, depicted a vehicle being towed by the police outside Hussain Autos for parking illegally on Kashmir Road.
The vehicle had previously been issued a challan ticket. However, according to the traffic police, the owner of Hussain Autos shared a misleading video with the intent to spread hatred and incite violence against law enforcement.
