The 31-year-old “All About That Bass” singer posted a carousel of images wearing a mini skirt and t-shirt, revealing a significantly slimmer figure. Fans quickly flooded the comments with reactions, many dubbing it an “insane glow-up.”

While Trainor has publicly confirmed undergoing a breast augmentation and lift, she has not addressed the rumours surrounding Ozempic, a diabetes medication increasingly popular in Hollywood for rapid weight loss. Some fans speculated her refined appearance was due to jaw surgery rather than weight loss, pointing to corrected facial features like her underbite.
Trainor has been open about past cosmetic procedures, including a Botox lip flip that left her unable to smile. “I got too much Botox, and I need help. I messed up,” she admitted on her podcast Workin’ On It last December. The singer shared that her face physically hurt to smile, and even her brother Ryan noticed the difference.
On the same podcast, she discussed her decision to get breast surgery after two pregnancies. “They got big, they got small, they got big, they got small,” she said. “I lost some weight, and I have, like, saggy sacks as boobs.” Now, post-surgery, she feels more confident and says the procedure was life-changing.
Trainor explained that her insecurities about her body began in her teenage years and only intensified under public scrutiny. “I’m always singing about loving myself, and it got harder with all the scars and stretch marks,” she told USA Today.
