Controversial streamer Johnny Somali, whose real name is Ramsey Khalid Ismael, is facing the possibility of more legal trouble in South Korea after a disturbing encounter with a female streamer. The incident, which took place in Hongdae, Seoul on March 20, 2025, is now drawing scrutiny from online legal expert Andrew “Legal Mindset” Esquire.

During a recent livestream, Johnny Somali followed a Japanese streamer named Nana, reportedly using vulgar Japanese terms while interacting with her. At one point, he said,
"Remember when I told you nagadashi, nagadashi? You remember? You know Johnny Somali, right? Mr. Hiroshima Nagasaki, you know that, right?"

Nana, visibly uncomfortable, fled from the streamer and later reported him to local police. In her own words, she stated on X (formerly Twitter) that she "had to sue" Johnny Somali because he "kept following her."

Legal Mindset, who frequently comments on internet controversies, addressed the situation on X and listed the potential charges Ramsey could face:
"Ramsey Khalid Ismael (Johnny Somali) decided to go live in Hongdae today (same district where he has an ACTIVE CASE) and it appears he broke AT LEAST the following laws: 1) Obstructing convenience store, blasting loud music & bothering staff. 2) Obstructing business at a hookah bar, breaking a soju bottle and scaring customers away. 3) Stalking other streamers (Slightly Homeless & Nana). 4) Sexual Assault against streamer 'Nana' (touching her and calling her baby girl)"

He also noted that stalking or harassment charges were likely imminent:
"I will update after reviewing more footage that a charge along the lines of 'stalking' or 'harassment' is most likely related to Nana (rather than SA). Regardless a serious issue for the court."

The legal commentator didn’t stop there. When asked by a user whether Johnny Somali should be detained until trial, Legal Mindset agreed, saying:
"(X user @nobody_justme_1 writes, 'Can't they just lock him up until the trial is done? He's clearly going to keep breaking the law.') They may after this."

Adding to that, he emphasized the likelihood of deportation:
"He will absolutely be deported no matter what - the issue is how long he will be in jail first."

This isn’t the first time Johnny Somali has faced backlash for inappropriate behavior during his IRL streams. With a ban from Kick already in place and mounting legal trouble, his online presence appears increasingly unstable.
