Robbers loot, kill tea salesman

MIRPURKHAS:

Armed suspects shot and killed 55-year-old Saleem Anwar, a salesman for a tea company, during a robbery near Village Pir Bakhsh Jarwar on Sindhri Road. The suspects stole over Rs1.1 million. The victim lay injured on the road for half an hour before residents called police and ambulance. However, Saleem succumbed to his injuries and his body was shifted to the civil hospital for post-mortem before being handed over to the family. SSP Mirpurkhas Sameer Noor Channa stated that the police are collecting evidence from the scene and have formed a team to arrest the suspects.
