Sean “Diddy” Combs was reportedly unaware that his jailhouse conversation with Kanye West was being recorded, a source told The Post. The leaked call has intensified West’s ongoing feud with Kim Kardashian while shedding light on Diddy’s situation behind bars.

A video of the call, which appeared to be recorded by West, surfaced on The Shade Room’s Instagram. The outlet captioned the post: The Shade Room has obtained a conversation between #KanyeWest and #Diddy where the two show each other love and support. They discuss music, family, freedom and more. Swipe for the full conversation!”

According to the video, Diddy spoke candidly about his time in jail, thanking Kanye for "taking care of my kids" and admitting that no one called or reached out to them. It remains unclear who leaked the footage.

A source close to Diddy stated, “Puff didn’t know it was being recorded [on video],” adding that Combs believed West was just “checking in” on his children.

While all prison calls are recorded internally, they are not typically made public.

Diddy is currently held without bail at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn while awaiting trial on sex trafficking and racketeering charges. He has pleaded not guilty to all counts.

During the call, Combs expressed gratitude toward West, which Ye later sampled in his new track, “Lonely Roads Still Go to Sunshine.” The song snippet was shared on X but later deleted.

The controversy escalated further when West included vocals from his daughter, North West, in the track. Kardashian allegedly opposed the move, attempting to prevent its release.

A source claimed Diddy is merely "collateral damage" in the situation. “The beef is really with Kim,” they said.

Neither Combs’ nor West’s representatives have responded to the leaked call.
