Fox's Kayleigh McEnany announces third pregnancy with Sean Gilmartin

Kayleigh McEnany has announced that she is expecting her third child with her husband, former New York Mets pitcher Sean Patrick Gilmartin. The former White House Press Secretary shared the news live on Fox News' Outnumbered on Monday, March 17, 2025.

While speaking to her co-hosts, McEnany, 36, revealed her pregnancy and expressed excitement about expanding their family. The couple already has two children, a five-year-old daughter, Blake, and a two-year-old son, Nash. "Last but not least, I've been teasing a big announcement," she said on the show. "Sean and I are expecting our third child, which we're so excited about."

During the broadcast, McEnany wore a bright pink blazer but clarified that her outfit choice was not indicative of the baby's gender. She pointed out that she had balanced the pink with blue pumps and a blue pacifier displayed on the screen. "This coloring is not an indication of the gender," she assured viewers, adding that they plan to do a gender reveal in the coming weeks.

McEnany shared that the baby is due in June and invited her audience to follow along with her pregnancy journey through social media and on-air updates. "I hope you will join me on this journey. I will be live talking about this on social media [and] on the show. We'll do a gender reveal here," she said.

She also displayed a sonogram of the baby and reflected on the special moments she has experienced while pregnant, especially during the holiday season. She mentioned how her daughter, Blake, has embraced the news, often running up to McEnany and holding her stomach, saying, "Let me kiss the baby."

McEnany served as White House Press Secretary from April 2020 until January 2021, at the end of President Donald Trump’s first term.
