
A high-level meeting, chaired by DG Rangers Sindh, Major General, issued instructions to intensify joint operations of Rangers and police against habitual criminals and strict checking process should be ensured at all entry and exit points of the city.
The meeting, held at the Pakistan Rangers Sindh headquarters with special focus on security, reviewed the overall law and order situation in the city.
A detailed review of the special security plan for Youm-e-Ali, the last ten days of Ramazan, Chand Raat and Eidul Fitr was taken. The law enforcement agencies also reviewed the strategy to ensure the peace and order and keep a close watch on elements spreading hatred, and indulging in forced Fitra, Zakat and extremism.
