Tristan Tate has lashed out at Vanderpump Rules star James Kennedy after the DJ deleted a photo of them together and issued a public apology. The incident took place at LIV nightclub in Miami on Friday, March 8, 2025, where Kennedy was seen posing with the controversial Tate brothers, Andrew and Tristan, who have faced serious allegations including human trafficking.

Following backlash from fans, Kennedy quickly removed the photo from his social media and posted an apology, claiming he was unaware of their content and the serious allegations against them.

On his social media, Tristan responded angrily, calling Kennedy a "p*y" and claiming that Kennedy had "begged and kissed my a for 30 minutes straight and called me a hero." Tristan further criticized Kennedy for succumbing to "woke r*****s," who he accused of pressuring the DJ into removing the post. "He knew EXACTLY who I was and what content I made," Tristan added.

Kennedy, who has 1.4 million followers on social media, took to his Instagram Story to express regret, stating, "I regret posting a photo with the Tate brothers at an event last night. I was unfamiliar with their content and the allegations against them. I only knew them as podcasters who had posted a viral clip about Vanderpump. I have since educated myself and condemn their beliefs."

The Tate brothers have previously been arrested in Romania on suspicion of human trafficking and rape, charges they have denied. They were placed under investigation in Florida earlier this week, just after arriving from Romania. Despite the ongoing investigation, they were allowed to travel to the U.S. by a court.

Fans took to social media to react to the drama, with some supporting Kennedy's apology, while others praised the Tate brothers for standing their ground. Kennedy’s ex-girlfriend Ally Lewber, who recently split from the DJ, also made headlines after the Burbank City Attorney’s Office declined to press charges against him following a domestic violence incident in December 2024.
