Taylor Swift may have more surprises in store for fans—sources claim she is working on a new album for release later this year, with a massive tour reportedly planned for 2026. According to Express.co.uk, Swift has been quietly developing new material, and her next project is already in motion.

A source at AEG told Express.co.uk that Swift has been crafting new songs inspired by personal experiences—her high-profile romance with Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce and shifts in her friendships, particularly with actress Blake Lively. “Taylor has been working on new music behind the scenes, with plans to release an album by the end of the year,” the source shared. “She even wrote songs backstage during her Eras Tour, and AEG has been told to start preparations for a 2026 tour.”

While fans are eagerly awaiting her next album, Express.co.uk reports that Swift recently made headlines for a different reason—her appearance at Super Bowl LIX, where she supported Kelce and the Chiefs. In a stadium filled with Philadelphia Eagles fans, Swift was loudly booed when the cameras turned to her in the VIP section alongside Ice Spice and Este Haim. A source told Daily Mail that Kelce was deeply affected by the incident, feeling “helpless” as Swift appeared confused by the reaction.

Swift’s relationship with Kelce has been a frequent topic of discussion, and Express.co.uk suggests she has drawn inspiration from their romance for her new material. Additionally, rumors have surfaced that her friendship with Lively has faced strain due to the legal controversy surrounding It Ends With Us director Justin Baldoni.

Swift has yet to confirm the album or tour, but speculation is already running high—leaving fans eagerly awaiting her next musical chapter.
