Elon Musk’s estranged daughter reacts to news of his 14th child on TikTok

Elon Musk’s estranged daughter, Vivian Jenna Wilson, has responded to the news that the Tesla CEO has welcomed his 14th child—his fourth with Neuralink executive Shivon Zilis.

In a TikTok post, Wilson reacted with a mix of sarcasm and resignation, making it clear that she learned about her latest half-sibling in the same way she has before—through social media.

Wilson, who legally changed her name and cut ties with Musk in 2022 after coming out as transgender, shared a stitched video on TikTok referencing a previous post she made about discovering her father’s growing number of children online.

"This is already outdated nevermind 💀," she wrote over a close-up shot of her eye. In the caption, she clarified, "Technically it was through Threads this time though."

Her reaction mirrors an earlier viral post from February, in which she joked, "Wow, if I had a nickel for every time I found out I had half-siblings through Reddit, I’d have two nickels … which isn’t a lot, but it’s weird that it’s happened twice, right?" That video referred to Musk’s 13th child, whose birth was announced by author Ashley St. Clair.

Musk first became a father in 2002 with his then-wife, Canadian author Justine Wilson, though their first child, Nevada, tragically passed away at 10 weeks old. The couple went on to have five more children: twins Vivian and Griffin, and triplets Kai, Saxon, and Damian.

Since then, Musk has fathered multiple children across different relationships, including three with singer Grimes—X Æ A-12, Exa Dark Sideræl, and Techno Mechanicus—and now four with Zilis, with their latest child, Seldon Lycurgus, being announced in early 2025. In February, author Ashley St. Clair also confirmed that she had welcomed a baby with Musk, marking his 13th child at the time.

Wilson’s public separation from Musk has been well-documented. After legally dropping his surname, she stated in court documents that she no longer wished to be related to her biological father "in any way, shape, or form." Musk has since spoken about their estrangement, attributing their distance to what he called "woke mind virus" ideology.
