The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecast a rise in temperatures across Karachi starting today.

According to the meteorological department, the temperature is expected to increase by one to two degrees Celsius today, with the maximum temperature reaching 32°C.

The department also warned that the city will experience intense sunlight during the day, with hot weather conditions prevailing throughout.

The winds are expected to blow from the northwest at a speed of 6 km/h, while the humidity level in the air remains high at 82%.

This increase in temperature comes after relatively mild conditions in recent days. Residents are advised to take precautions against the heat, especially during midday hours, when the sun will be at its peak.

Last week, the weather in Karachi was reported to remain dry with cloudy skies over the next 24 hours, according to the PMD.

Despite the overcast conditions, there is no forecast of rain in the city. The maximum temperature is expected to reach 30°C, while the minimum temperature could drop to 19°C.
