His latest child, a son, is with Shivon Zilis, an executive at Musk's Neuralink with whom he already has three other children.
"Discussed with Elon and, in light of beautiful Arcadia's birthday, we felt it was better to also just share directly about our wonderful and incredible son Seldon Lycurgus," Zilis said in a post on X.
She did not say when the child was born. Musk responded with a heart emoji.
Zilis' announcement comes two weeks after conservative influencer Ashley St. Clair said that she also recently had a child with Musk.
Musk and Zilis' journey as co-parents first became public in 2022 when court documents revealed they had secretly welcomed twins, Strider and Azure, in November 2021. Their third child, Arcadia, was born on February 28, 2024.
A source close to the couple told People that Musk "really loves Shivon."
The tech mogul also shares three children with musician Claire 'Grimes Boucher: son X Æ A-12, daughter Exa Dark Sideræl, and son Techno Mechanicus (Tau). Grimes and Zilis, whose children with Musk were born weeks apart, had previously expressed tension over their blended family dynamics.
However, in September 2023, Grimes shared that the two had connected and resolved their differences. "At the end of the day it all ended up for the best!" Zilis responded, adding that she looked forward to future playdates for their children.
Musk's family also includes five older children from his previous marriage to author Justine Wilson: twins Vivian and Griffin, 20, and triplets Kai, Saxon, and Damian, 19. Musk and Wilson's first child, Nevada Alexander, tragically passed away as an infant in 2002.
