Days before the premiere of her Netflix series With Love, Meghan, Meghan Markle shared a 14-second behind-the-scenes video on Instagram—only to delete it shortly after.

The clip, which featured a cameo from Prince Harry and their late beagle, Guy, was later reposted on X (formerly Twitter), igniting online debate.

The Netflix series, set to launch on March 4, follows the Duchess of Sussex as she shares lifestyle tips on cooking, gardening, and hosting. However, controversy arose as fans noticed striking similarities between With Love, Meghan and Pamela Anderson’s recently released Cooking With Love.

Critics on social media accused Markle of copying Anderson’s concept, noting parallels in aesthetics, themes, and even the show's title. Both trailers showcase their respective hosts exploring gardens, cooking with guests, and sharing heartfelt moments. One X user claimed, “Markle’s show is a straight copy of Pamela Anderson’s.”

Defenders of the Duchess argue that similarities are purely coincidental, given tight production schedules. However, comparisons extend beyond the show’s format. Markle’s trailer features a “Ladybug Caprese Bruschetta” recipe, which some say mirrors existing Pinterest and magazine recipes. Additionally, Markle’s beekeeping segment drew parallels to Princess Kate’s well-documented passion for apiculture.

Despite the backlash, anticipation for With Love, Meghan remains high, with fans eager to see her take on lifestyle and entertaining. The series will debut on Netflix on March 4
