Charles Dion McDowell, famously known as "Wide Neck" after his 2018 viral mugshot, has been arrested in Georgia on multiple felony charges, including allegedly sending explicit content to minors.

According to TMZ, the 37-year-old was taken into custody on February 19 by the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office. McDowell faces felony charges of sending nude videos or photos without consent, electronic distribution of explicit material to minors, and harassing phone calls.

Authorities claim that he sent sexually explicit videos of a woman—without her consent—to her 13-year-old son, 16-year-old daughter, mother, and another individual multiple times via cell phone and laptop. He is currently being held without bond.

McDowell first gained internet fame in 2018 when his mugshot, featuring an unusually large neck, went viral. Embracing the attention, he capitalized on his notoriety by launching a rap career under the names 'DBD Wayne' and 'Wide Neck'. He even collaborated on the viral song Neckst Up alongside fellow internet personality Daddy Long Neck.
