A lip reader revealed to DailyMail that Slater, concerned about the pushing crowd, whispered to Ariana, “Stay near, this crowd next to me, they are pushing me.”
The moment was captured in a viral video shared by Deuxmoi, where Slater took Ariana’s hand and led her through the audience.
The God Is a Woman singer, nominated for two awards, wore a stunning ethereal pink gown inspired by her Wicked character. Meanwhile, Slater looked dapper in a black tuxedo.

The couple, who met on the set of Wicked, has been in the spotlight since their relationship was revealed in July 2023, shortly after Ariana’s split from Dalton Gomez.
