Seven terrorists killed in DI Khan operations: ISPR

Weapons, explosives recovered from militants, who were involved in multiple terrorist activities in the region.

Security forces killed seven militants in two separate operations in Dera Ismail Khan district of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, the military’s media wing said on Sunday.

According to a statement from the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), forces conducted an intelligence-based operation in the Daraban area following reports of militant presence.

“During the operation, security forces effectively targeted the militants’ hideout, killing four,” the statement read.

In a second operation in the Madi area, three more militants were killed by security personnel, ISPR added.

Weapons and explosives were recovered from the militants, who were allegedly involved in multiple terrorist activities in the region.

Security forces continue to sweep the area for any remaining threats, ISPR said, reaffirming their commitment to eradicating terrorism from the country.
