
Islamabad High Court has accepted PTI founder Imran Khan and his spouse Bushra Bibi appeals against their conviction in 190 million pounds reference.
The couple submitted their appeals on January 27 after removing the IHC registrar objections.
The Accountability Court had awarded 14-year jail term to Imran and 7-year jail term to Bushra Bibi.
Though they challenged the ruling but they did not submit a miscellaneous plea for suspension of sentence.
It is a common practice by convicts that they challenge the sentence along with a bail plea for early hearing.
