Ariane Bellamar, a former Playboy model and reality television personality, has passed away at the age of 46. According to TMZ, the Nevada Clark County Office of the Coroner/Medical Examiner confirmed that a report was filed regarding her death, though they did not have jurisdiction over the case. Bellamar reportedly passed away in December 2024, with her ex-husband, Tanner Slaught, revealing on a GoFundMe page that her cause of death was a heart attack.

Born in Florida and raised in Toronto, Canada, Bellamar first gained recognition as a Playboy model before transitioning into television and film. She appeared in Bravo's The Millionaire Matchmaker and Beverly Hills Nannies, as well as securing small roles in Suicide Squad and The Hangover Part III. Additionally, she had an uncredited role as an extra on HBO’s hit series Entourage.

Bellamar made headlines in 2017 when she accused Entourage star Jeremy Piven of sexual misconduct, alleging he groped her on set and at the Playboy Mansion. Piven denied the allegations, as reported by TMZ.

Following news of Bellamar’s passing, fans took to social media to express their condolences. Several users on X, formerly known as Twitter, shared their grief, with one stating, "Very sad. Many women do not know the signs of a heart attack." Another user wrote, "She was young," while others simply wished her peace.

Though Bellamar's death occurred in 2024, it only gained widespread attention in February 2025.
