Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco recently made headlines after purchasing a stunning $35 million mansion in Beverly Hills.

The couple, who got engaged in December 2024, reportedly acquired the Spanish-style property that same month, though the news remained private until now. The expansive estate boasts seven bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, along with luxurious features such as a private library, gym, spa, and home theater, according to TMZ. Photos from Page Six show the property’s resort-like surroundings, including a glass greenhouse solarium, a pool, and lush gardens.

The mansion, which sits on a rare double lot, was sold to Gomez and Blanco after being on the market for just one month. Interestingly, it has a history of high-profile ownership. Director Todd Phillips, known for films like The Hangover and Joker, bought the property for $17.25 million in 2012. Nearly a decade later, he sold it for $31 million, nearly doubling his investment. It’s unclear who resided in the home between 2021 and 2024 before Gomez and Blanco moved in.

Gomez, who is known for her acting career and real estate ventures, has accumulated an impressive property portfolio over the years. She previously bought and sold multiple properties, including a mansion in Texas and a home in Studio City, California. In 2020, she also purchased a $4.9 million Encino property that once belonged to the late singer Tom Petty.

Although the couple is yet to move into their Beverly Hills home, they seem to be savoring their time at Blanco’s current residence, where he recently surprised Gomez with a unique Valentine’s Day celebration, featuring a bathtub full of queso dip. The couple has yet to reveal when they’ll make the move into their new mansion.
