According to sources at The U.S. Sun, Hailey and Justin Bieber reportedly did not sign a prenuptial agreement, meaning Hailey could be entitled to a significant portion of Justin’s estimated $300 million fortune if the pair head for divorce.
Attorney Neama Rahmani weighed in on the possible divorce, stating that since Hailey and Justin share a child, Jack Blues, custody and child support would be the biggest legal issue. However, financially, things could get complicated.

“Hailey is a Baldwin, but Justin has more earning power. If the divorce rumors are true, he’s going to have to pay her a significant amount, especially because the two reportedly wed without a prenup,” Rahmani said.
Despite Hailey’s own success with her Rhode beauty line, brand deals, and modeling career, she is worth an estimated $20 million.
The Biebers have been facing ongoing speculation about their relationship, with sources close to the couple claiming they are often “out of sync” and go days without speaking.
Justin has also been seen looking gaunt and unkempt during solo outings in New York, sparking fan concern.

Cryptic social media posts have also fueled breakup rumors, including a deleted message where Justin wrote, “co-parenting is failing”. More recently, he left a flirty comment on Keke Palmer’s Instagram, further raising questions about the state of his marriage.

“Hailey’s been struggling with Justin almost since the start of the marriage,” a source told The U.S. Sun. “She loves him madly, but he’s a loose cannon. She’s put up with a lot.”
For now, neither Justin nor Hailey have publicly addressed the divorce rumors.
