Blake Lively has escalated her legal fight against It Ends With Us co-star and director Justin Baldoni, alleging that multiple women who were made "uncomfortable" by him on set are prepared to testify in court.

In an amended complaint filed on February 18, just before the court deadline, Lively added new details to her lawsuit, stating that other women had similar experiences with Baldoni and Wayfarer Studios CEO Jamey Heath. While the names of these individuals have not been disclosed for privacy reasons, Lively’s legal team asserts that they will provide testimony and evidence during the trial.

Lively also claims that Sony executive Ange Giannetti was aware of the complaints about Baldoni’s behavior while It Ends With Us was being filmed. “Ms. Lively was not alone in complaining about Mr. Baldoni… other women also raised concerns at the time,” the lawsuit states.

Along with expanding her harassment claims, Lively has added a defamation charge, alleging that Baldoni and his associates orchestrated an online smear campaign against her. The lawsuit states that those who publicly supported Lively have faced intimidation, with one person receiving threats against their family.

The case is set to go to trial in March 2026. Baldoni has not publicly responded to the new claims.
