In an Instagram Story shared Sunday, Ayeza Khan confessed that she may not know what to do in the kitchen, but she does bring her A-game when it comes to the decoration part. "My favourite job – table decor. I don't know how to cook, but I enjoy setting up a beautiful table," she wrote.
To supplement this tidbit of information, she shared a heartwarming carousel of photographs depicting her and her daughter Hoorain setting up a birthday table for husband Danish Taimoor while he and son Rayan were not around.
"While the two boys of the house were away, my bestie and I decided to put on a little surprise for Danish for his birthday. Upon their arrival, Rayan thought the surprise was for him, so we had to play it off as a little surprise brunch for the boys rather than for Danish's birthday," the Chand Tara actor wrote.
Ayeza and Hoorain also took the opportunity to have some quality mother-daughter bonding time, as the actor wrote, "PS, I love that Hoorain is slowly transitioning from my baby to almost like a little sister!"
Ayeza's table was all about pastels and flowers. However, Danish's birthday celebrations didn't end there. The occasion extended to an event, where the couple donned regal blacks as they cut the black and golden cake.
"Happy birthday to my handsome husband! I pray for your health, happiness, and endless success today and always," Ayeza wished Danish, who turned forty-two. "This is the 17th cake I've had the joy of cutting with you, Mashallah! Just counted on my fingers and can't believe I've been right next to you, celebrating your birthday, every year since 2009. May we always stand by each other, cherishing all the happiness our lives bring, forever. I love you."
Danish also took to Instagram to share his thoughts on yet another year of a prosperous life. "Alhamdulillah for another year of life, growth, and blessings that Allah has gifted me. I am truly grateful for everything – every challenge, every lesson, and every moment. May this year bring even more opportunities to create, inspire, and give back. Here's to another chapter, Inshallah!" he wrote.
Aside from the birthday wishes that fans generously poured in, they also couldn't help but admire Ayeza and Danish's enduring bond over the years. "Sometimes, I can't imagine how these two came to know each other, got married, had two amazing kids, and balanced both their professional and family lives," a user wrote. "May this bond continue to go stronger and stronger each year!" prayed another.
