Kanye West and Bianca Censori heading toward multi-million dollar dispute in prenup-free divorce

Kanye West and Bianca Censori, reportedly without a prenup, may face a costly divorce, with debts involved.

Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, and his wife, Bianca Censori, are reportedly heading toward divorce, and sources say they do not have a prenuptial agreement. 

According to TMZ, both parties have reached out to divorce attorneys, and the absence of a prenup could lead to a lengthy and costly battle over assets.

Under California law, assets and debts are typically divided equally between spouses, meaning Bianca could potentially owe money, as sources suggest Ye has lost money since their marriage. Despite these claims, Milo Yiannopolous, the couple’s representative, denied the divorce rumors, stating that Ye and Bianca were in Los Angeles, about to enjoy Valentine's Day together.

The divorce speculation escalated after Ye posted, then deleted, a cryptic message about "coercion" on Instagram. The rumors gained further attention following a series of posts on X, where Ye claimed to "own" Bianca. 

The couple’s tension was visible at the Grammys on February 2, when Bianca wore a revealing dress, and Ye seemed to express discontent. In the past week, Ye also made disturbing comments about Bianca and controversial statements regarding feminism and domestic violence.
