Renee Zellweger continues to defy age expectations as she promotes Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy alongside her 28-year-old co-star Leo Woodall.
The Oscar-winning actress, 55, looked radiant in a navy blue suit while posing with Woodall at SiriusXM studios in New York.
The fourth installment of the Bridget Jones franchise follows a widowed Bridget as she navigates single motherhood and a romance with a much younger man, played by Woodall. Addressing the on-screen age gap, Woodall defended the relationship dynamic, telling Stellar Magazine, “When two people find the connection, why shouldn’t they see where it goes without judgment?”
Zellweger, known for her dedication to the beloved character, shared that Bridget's charm lies in her relatability. “She doesn’t always get it right, but that’s what makes her so lovable,” she told Newsweek.
Fans can now stream Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy exclusively on Peacock.
