'Efforts needed to combat climate change'

Federal Minister for Science and Technology, Dr Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui has stressed collaborative efforts by industry, academia, and government to combat climate change. He expressed these views at the two-day Global Green Conference held at the NED University.

In his brief address, he described this low-cost 'Green Construction Cement (LC3)' as environment-friendly, while also calling its low cost a boon for the construction industry. He stated that he would do whatever he could for his future generations. He reaffirmed his commitment to doing whatever possible for the betterment of future generations.
