Ozzy Osbourne has announced what is being billed as Black Sabbath’s final concert, set to take place in Birmingham on July 5, 2025. While fans are excited about the legendary band’s first full reunion in 20 years, many have raised concerns over Ozzy’s health and whether he will be able to take the stage.

At 76 years old, Ozzy has faced serious health challenges, including seven surgeries in the past five years and a long battle with Parkinson’s disease, which he was diagnosed with in 2003. His ongoing medical issues have already delayed his and wife Sharon Osbourne’s planned move back to the UK.

With his limited mobility and reports of difficulty speaking, fans are questioning how he will handle a full performance.

After the concert was announced, fans took to X (formerly Twitter) to express their concerns.

The one-night-only concert will take place in the band’s hometown of Birmingham, featuring Ozzy alongside original members Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler, and Bill Ward. The event, called Back to the Beginning, will also feature performances by Metallica, Slayer, Pantera, Alice in Chains, and other metal legends.

Despite concerns, Ozzy remains optimistic, sharing in a statement:

"It’s time for me to give back to the place where I was born. How blessed am I to do it with the help of people whom I love. Birmingham is the true home of metal."

With fans both excited and worried, all eyes will be on Ozzy Osbourne and Black Sabbath’s farewell performance this summer.
