Ben Affleck is upgrading to a "massively private" Los Angeles mansion, leaving behind his Brentwood home in search of peace away from the paparazzi, TMZ reports.

According to sources, Affleck had been eyeing the new property for some time and finalized the purchase last year. However, the mansion is still under construction, delaying his move. Once completed, the new estate will provide the actor with an ultra-secure and secluded living space, completely hidden from street view.

Affleck has frequently been photographed outside his current home, making privacy a key factor in his decision to relocate. TMZ describes the new property as a "Fortress of Solitude," ensuring a retreat from public scrutiny.

Jennifer Lopez, Affleck’s wife, was recently seen house hunting in Brentwood, but sources say her search is unrelated to his move. The couple’s former shared mansion, a lavish L.A. estate, remains on the market with a $61 million price tag.

Affleck has long expressed his desire for a more private residence, and this latest purchase appears to fulfill that goal, offering him a sanctuary away from the relentless media attention.
