Kanye West’s latest Instagram post featuring Bianca Censori has sparked strong reactions from fans. The 47-year-old rapper shared a new image of his 30-year-old wife modeling his latest Yeezy women’s collection, following their controversial appearance at the Grammys.
In the Polaroid image, Bianca posed in a sheer black bodysuit, striking an athletic stance in an industrial setting. Her dark hair was styled in a bun.

Kanye—whose Grammys stunt with Bianca, where she stripped down to a completely sheer dress with no underwear, reportedly cost him a $20 million deal—captioned the post, “First women’s piece @yeezy.com.”

However, it was a second photo of the bodysuit, available on the Yeezy website for $20, that caught fans' attention.
Many claimed they saw a "creepy face" hidden in the design.
“Anyone see the face?” one person asked, while another questioned, “Am I tripping? Is there a face right there in the second photo?”
“There’s a face in there… looks like it’s trying to escape,” another commented.
“It’s his wife! She’s trapped,” someone replied.
The reactions kept coming, with another fan calling the image “so creepy.”
“Omg stop, that was a JUMP scare.”
“I wasn’t sure. I thought I was seeing things until I checked the comments… wow.”
“Thought I was crazy, man… and people are talking about the outfit instead of that demon face on it.”
After Kanye shared the photo, many fans also urged him to stop posting provocative images of Bianca.
“Enough with the nudity of your wife,” one person wrote.
“Please stop showing your wife naked or barely clothed,” another added.
“Kanye, you and your wife should swap clothes for photo shoots,” someone suggested.
“So she can actually wear clothes,” another remarked.
The thong-style bodysuit, which Bianca has worn before, features thin spaghetti straps and a sheer black material.
Last month, the design was widely criticized when Kanye first teased it.
Meanwhile, Bianca has embraced the attention from her Grammys red carpet stunt by reactivating her Instagram account.
She had deactivated her account in October amid reports of marital issues with Kanye.
Now, following their highly publicized Grammys moment, Bianca is back online.
Her page currently has just two posts—behind-the-scenes Polaroids from her shocking red carpet look—with her follower count already reaching 247,000. Her Instagram Stories also feature more revealing photos.
