Bianca Censori will not be arrested for risqué see-through look at Grammys 2025 with Kanye West

Bianca Censori will not face any legal repercussions for wearing a completely transparent dress on the red carpet at the 2025 Grammy Awards.  

According to sources from the Los Angeles Police Department, no formal complaints were filed by anyone present at Crypto.com Arena on Sunday night regarding Kanye West’s wife’s revealing outfit, as reported by TMZ.  

Officials also noted that the Grammys is a private event.  

"While Ms. Censori’s outfit undoubtedly pushed the envelope, a charge of indecent exposure in California requires willful public exposure of one’s genitals with the specific intent to offend or sexually arouse," LA-based attorney Andrea Oguntula told Page Six. 

"It’s theoretically possible but unlikely she’ll face any criminal prosecution for this incident," Oguntula added, explaining that such a decision would be up to the district attorney’s office.  

Both the Anschutz Entertainment Group, Inc. (AEG Worldwide) and the Recording Academy had security present when West and Censori arrived at the event, according to TMZ.  

Sources linked to event organizers emphasized that the rapper-turned-fashion designer was an invited guest and had expressed his intention to walk the red carpet.  

West opted for his signature all-black attire, accessorized with sunglasses and a diamond chain, while Censori arrived in a long black fur coat.  

While posing for photos, the 30-year-old turned around and dropped her coat, revealing her backside through a sheer minidress.  

A lip reader informed the *Daily Mail* that West encouraged Censori to "make a scene."  

"Drop it behind you and then turn," he reportedly instructed before she removed the coat.  

Censori then turned back to face the cameras, fully exposing herself as she was not wearing any undergarments.  

Sources told Page Six that the couple was attempting to replicate the artwork from West’s *Vultures 1* album cover, which features Censori wearing only boots while a small piece of fabric partially conceals her backside.  

Following the shocking moment on the Grammys red carpet, reports indicated that police officers escorted the pair out of the event.  

Later in the night, Censori appeared at an afterparty dressed in a black, sheer thong bodysuit.
