Advisor to the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister on Information and Public Relations, Barrister Muhammad Ali Saif, has announced that on February 8, voices will be raised against the PECA Act, the 26th Amendment, and all other "illegal tactics" employed by the federal government.
These laws are aimed at legitimizing the theft of people's mandate on February 8.
Saif said that on February 8 last year, democracy was attacked through historic rigging, and people's mandate was openly stolen.
The use of 'Form 47' led to the establishment of an illegitimate government, causing political instability in the country, adding that the fake rulers are now using black laws to prolong their power.
He invited journalists, thinkers, and people from all walks of life to join the protest. He emphasized that the PECA Act and the 26th Amendment would ultimately haunt the current rulers.
"February 8 marks the day of the pledge to free the country from the clutches of mandate thieves," he added
The advisor criticized the central government for causing irreparable damage to the country, with the economy on the brink of collapse. He observed that the rulers were only concerned with maintaining their power, and lawlessness was being promoted to support this 'illegitimate rule' adding that the true purpose of the PECA Act and the 26th Amendment was to protect the government.
