Rakhi Sawant’s love affair with Pakistan continues to take unexpected turns, and the latest twist involves none other than Mufti Abdul Qavi.

Known for his controversial antics, Mufti Qavi has once again made headlines, this time expressing his desire to marry the Bollywood actress during a podcast with Muneezay Moeen.

Mufti Qavi, no stranger to scandals, has a history of making provocative statements. From his involvement in the Qandeel Baloch controversy to the Hareem Shah slap incident and even being stripped of his ‘Mufti’ title, he has consistently remained in the spotlight for all the wrong reasons.

This time, he turned his attention to Rakhi Sawant, referencing her recent Umrah and calling her a “respectable woman.”

He questioned whether she had married according to Hindu or Muslim traditions and cited Islamic scholars like Dr. Zakir Naik, Professor Dr. Hamidullah, and the late Dr. Ahmed Deedat, who have described the Hindu holy book as an “inspired book.” This, he suggested, could make Rakhi “people of the book,” a term used in Islam for followers of revealed scriptures.

The conversation took a surprising turn when Mufti Qavi directly addressed Rakhi’s apparent interest in marrying a Pakistani scholar. He stated, “I am here and ready, but with one condition: I will ask my mother for permission first. If she permits me, then, because it is her command, you need to ask me before getting married.”

Mufti Qavi isn’t the only Pakistani man vying for Rakhi’s attention.

Actor Dodi Khan proposed to her, resulting in a wave of speculation.

However, in a new Instagram video, Dodi clarified his stance, saying, “I haven’t taken a U-turn, nor have I run away. I’ve spoken to Rakhi, and once we meet in person, I will update you all. I feel like you didn’t fully understand what I said earlier, so I will clarify again. I plan to marry Rakhi and then let everyone know.”

Dodi continued, “Rakhi, my dear, don’t worry at all. Stay calm and happy. I’m not someone who breaks hearts; I’m someone who heals them. If this was just a publicity stunt, I wouldn’t have made this video so casually. I’m speaking to you all directly, without any makeup or pretenses, just telling you the truth.”

He further added, “I’m coming to Dubai and India, and those who are upset or criticizing me, this message is for them.” In a previous video, Dodi had expressed his admiration for Rakhi, calling her a “God-fearing and loving person.”

However, in his latest message, he apologized to her, saying, “I am sorry Rakhi ji! You are a very good friend of mine and will remain so. You may not be able to become my bride, but I promise you that you will become the daughter-in-law of Pakistan. I will get you married to one of my friends or brothers.”

Rakhi Sawant’s connection with Pakistan began innocently with a playful exchange with Hania Aamir but has since evolved into a series of dramatic twists. From proposals to controversies, her bond with the country keeps getting more intriguing.

Whether these proposals are genuine or just another chapter in Rakhi’s larger-than-life persona, one thing is certain: her Pakistan love affair is far from over.
