OnlyFans star Anna Polly dies at 27 after falling from hotel balcony in Brazil while filming

An OnlyFans adult star tragically fell to her death while filming a threesome scene on a hotel balcony in Brazil, according to reports.  

Anna Beatrix Pereira Alves, known as “Anna Polly,” was discovered lifeless in the ground-floor courtyard of the four-star Mont Blanc Apart Hotel in Nova Iguaçu on January 23. The Brazilian model reportedly fell from the balcony during an intense on-camera encounter, as per the *US Sun*.  

Images from the scene depict an investigator standing near the white sheet-covered body of the once-lively model.  

At the time of the incident, the 27-year-old was reportedly filming a video featuring two men—both of whom provided conflicting statements to authorities, according to the outlet.  

The two male co-stars were questioned by local police before being released, though investigators from the Baixada Fluminense Homicide Unit have not ruled out the possibility of foul play.  

Alves’ boyfriend, Pedro Henrique, who was not present at the time of the fatal incident, shared his heartbreak on social media and called for a thorough investigation.  

"As the hours pass it’s starting to sink in and the hole in my heart is only getting bigger," Henrique said on social media, according to the *US Sun*.  

"If someone is to blame, they will pay and the culprit will be found," the grieving boyfriend added.  

Authorities have ordered an autopsy to determine the precise cause of death, and investigators are reviewing CCTV footage of the scene as part of the ongoing inquiry, the *US Sun* reported.  

"It’s a complex case, and we don’t rule out any possibility, from an accident to a possible crime," a spokesperson for the Baixada Fluminense Homicide Unit stated.
