ISLAMABAD:

The charge sheet against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Rauf Hassan in a case related to propaganda against state institutions was once again not submitted in the Islamabad District and Sessions Court.

FIA Judicial Magistrate Abbas Shah presided over the hearing, but due to the non-submission of the charge sheet, the court adjourned the proceedings.

The trial against Hassan can only begin once the charge sheet is officially submitted. The next hearing of the case has been scheduled for February 26. In August last year, a local court in Islamabad granted bail to Hasan and others in a case filed under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act. But he remains embroiled in the case.
