'He Is My Love:' Pakistani Actor Dodi Khan and Rakhi Sawant Plan to 'Get Married' in Pakistan

It seems that Rakhi Sawant’s recent love affair with Pakistan is far from over, and it looks like it’s not about to stop any time soon.

This time, it’s her potential marriage to Pakistani actor Dodi Khan that’s raising eyebrows, after a string of playful interactions and bold declarations. It all started with her cheeky dance challenge to Pakistani actresses Hania Aamir, Nargis, and Deedar, which led to a fun and sassy back-and-forth, especially between Rakhi and Hania.

At one point, Rakhi even expressed that she wanted to come to Pakistan since TikTok is banned in India—throwing in a little shade toward Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi while she was at it. And trust Rakhi Sawant to threaten the Indian PM and still get away with it. Kind of iconic, if you ask us.

Soon after, Rakhi posted a video where she claimed to be waiting at Lahore’s airport (though, where she really was, we may never know). Not long after, Dodi Khan, the Pakistani actor from Ghabrana Nahi Hai (2022), took to Instagram, playfully asking Rakhi if he should send the baraat to India or Dubai, as she frequently shuttles between the two for work.

On Tuesday, Indian outlet News18 Showsha reached out to Rakhi to inquire about her third marriage rumors. She confirmed with a big smile: "He is my love. We love each other. He is from Pakistan. I am from India, so we will have a love marriage."

But the drama didn’t stop there. Rakhi went on to slam her ex-husband, Adil Khan Durrani, accusing him of spreading false information. "Adil is jealous of my marriage so he wants bad publicity, wrong publicity from my name and I really don’t want to give any publicity to that idiot," she said, firing shots at her former spouse.

If Rakhi actually goes through with her plans to marry Dodi, it will mark her third marriage.

Her first was to Ritesh Raj Singh, with whom she briefly participated in Bigg Boss 15.

After their separation in early 2022, Rakhi moved on to marry Adil Khan Durrani, but their tumultuous relationship ended in 2023, after allegations of infidelity surfaced. Adil was arrested and spent five months in jail before his release.

In a revealing interview with Ambreen Fatima, Rakhi got candid about her upcoming union with Dodi. She confessed that Dodi had proposed to her and she had accepted, jokingly saying, "I haven’t thought about the kids, and if they will be born in Pakistan or India."

Rakhi also shared that their wedding would be aligned with Islamic values and traditions. The star went on to express her desire for a husband who is religious, saying she wanted a 'maulana type' man who prays five times a day.

As for the wedding details, it seems like it will be a grand affair filled with Islamic traditions, but will it really happen? Only time will tell.

If it does, let’s hope that Hania Aamir makes her way to the front of every dance number. We’re sure there will be a few Bad Liar dance-offs between her and Rakhi, and honestly, we can’t wait to see it!
