Senator Faisal Vawda has expressed confidence in Pakistan’s economic progress, emphasising potential investment deals during the Trump team’s visit.
In a post on X, the senator claimed he had earlier predicted the positive developments for 28 January 2025.
He described the day as a turning point, bringing what he called “positive winds” for Pakistan’s trump card.
Vawda revealed that significant investment agreements and more good news are expected from the visit.
He criticised Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), suggesting their own 'Trump' card strategy would lead to disappointment.
Referring to the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC), Vawda highlighted the role of national initiatives in driving progress.
“Credit must be given where it is due,” he said, adding that Pakistan’s achievements deserve recognition.
The Trump team’s visit has drawn attention for its potential to enhance foreign investment and strengthen Pakistan’s economy.
