Feroze Khan’s mother speaks about son's past relationship with Sajal Aly

Actor's mother Sophia Malik also addressed the controversies surrounding her son’s divorce

Pakistani actor Feroze Khan’s mother, Sophia Malik, has confirmed her son’s past relationship with actress Sajal Aly, describing their split as a matter of fate.

Speaking in a recent YouTube interview, Malik revealed details about Feroze’s personal life, including his much-discussed relationship with Sajal Aly.

The two, who worked together on popular projects like the drama series Chup Raho and Gul-e-Rana and the film Zindagi Kitni Haseen Hai, were once a fan-favourite on-screen and off-screen couple. However, their personal bond eventually ended.

“They were in a relationship, but it was not meant to be, and they later parted ways,” Malik said.

Malik also addressed the controversies surrounding her son’s divorce and the domestic abuse allegations made by his former wife.

She categorically denied the accusations, labelling them baseless. “I could say a lot, but it’s better to remain silent,” she remarked, adding that societal biases often favour women over men, painting men as resilient regardless of the circumstances.

She highlighted how her family endured a difficult period during Feroze’s divorce, saying, “At that time, we feared Feroze’s career might be over, but God opened paths for him, and those challenges passed.”

Malik also criticised the use of the "woman card" during the divorce, stating it unfairly targeted her son and left him without support.
