NFL legend and FOX analyst Tom Brady is reportedly preparing to sell his $150 million mega-mansion located on Indian Creek Island, Florida, known as the "Billionaire Bunker." The exclusive island is home to some of the wealthiest Americans, including Amazon founder Jeff Bezos, whose recent real estate acquisitions have sent property values soaring.

Brady purchased the sprawling estate for $17 million in 2020 during his marriage to supermodel Gisele Bündchen. Since their 2022 divorce, Brady has overseen extensive renovations to modernize the two-acre property.

The estate now boasts a pickleball court, state-of-the-art gym, spa, outdoor kitchen, and a multi-car garage. Aerial footage revealed the upgraded contemporary design, which has made it one of the most desirable properties on the island.

While the mansion is not officially listed, Bloomberg reported that private bids exceeding $150 million have already been made, according to sources familiar with the discussions. The property has only been shown to a select group of potential buyers due to its exclusivity.

Jeff Bezos, who owns three homes on Indian Creek Island totaling $237 million, has been a key figure in the neighborhood’s booming real estate market. His acquisitions, including a $90 million mansion in 2024, have further elevated the island's status. Meanwhile, Bündchen resides nearby in a Surfside mansion purchased for $11.5 million, directly across the water from Brady’s estate.

As Brady contemplates the sale, the seven-time Super Bowl champion continues to expand his post-NFL ventures, including his stake in Birmingham City FC and his prominent role as a sports analyst.
