This claim surfaced following allegations tied to revenge porn incidents.

The controversy began on January 22, 2025, when a video of Kick streamer jstlk surfaced online, suggesting that Destiny should be listed on Florida’s sex offender registry. In response, Destiny allegedly stated, “Bro, if I need to go on the sex offender list, I'm taking like 20 other streamers with me, okay, LULW.”
