The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Thursday issued notices to the FIA on the pleas for acquittal of the PTI founder Imran Khan and his wife, Bushra Bibi, in the Toshakhana II case and staying the proceedings of the trial court.
IHC Justice Raja Inam Amin Minhas took up the petitions. For the PTI, Barrister Salman Safdar appeared in the court. He requested for changing the bench for the hearing of the petitions, but the court declined the request.
During the hearing, Barrister Salman Safdar requested the court for the grant of a stay order on the trial of the Toshakhana II case.
